Kareena Kapoor to share her experiences as mom-to-be in her Pregnancy Bible

After entertaining cinema lovers with a wide variety of roles in many films over the years,  Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan is now ready to share her experiences as an expectant mother to be in her 'Pregnancy Bible'.

In the book titled My Pregnancy Bible, published under the banner of Juggernaut publications, Kareena Kapoor will share with expectant mothers her experiences on her journey towards motherhood.

Ahead of the release of her book, Kareena Kapoor Khan said that carrying both her babies has been a special time in her life and that she is excited to share the moments and memories with expectant mothers.

'Can’t believe that I actually agreed to write this book… but here it is.
Carrying both my babies has been the most special time in my life, and I am excited to share the moments and memories with you,'Kareena Kapoor Khan said.

Talking about the book, she said, 'We all have our own unique experiences as expectant mothers, but there are some similarities and with this book, I’m sharing my experiences and learnings, and hope that in some way this will help you on your journey towards motherhood,'she said.

The book has been co authored by her with Aditi Shah Bhimjyani.

'A huge shout-out to my lovely co-writer,  Aditi shah Bhimjyani, for doing such a stellar job, and the amazing Rohan Shrestha for not only shooting the book cover with me but for also capturing my little baby's first ever photo,'Kareena Kapoor said.

Published by Juggernaut. Publications , my Pregnancy Bible is vetted and approved by FOGSI, India's official body of gynecologists and obstetricians, along with the help of several expert voices like Rujuta Diwekar, Dr. Sonali Gupta and Dr. Prabha Chandra of NIMHANS.

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan became parents of baby boy earlier this year.

They are now  parents to two sons, including Taimur.

On the film front,  Kareena Kapoor Khan will in coming days be seen in Aamir Khan 's film Laal Singh Chaddha,  said to be inspired by Tom Hanks ' Forrest Gump.
